About Bryan
Bryan A. Cooksey, M.Ed. — Founder, Owner & Operator
Bryan is the founder of Bryan Cooksey Creations, a Texas-based event planning and hospitality brand built on a simple belief: the best experiences are the ones people remember long after the moment has passed.
With a background in communications, counseling, event planning, and cocktail craft, Bryan takes a people-centered approach. He began planning events in 2018, launched Bryan Cooksey Creations Events & Wedding Planning in 2021, and added The BAR Experience in September 2026.
Bryan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Texas Southern University and a Master of Education in Counseling and Development from Lamar University. For him, the reward is seeing a client relax, a guest smile, and a moment unfold exactly as it was envisioned.

Signature Intimate Wedding Experience Starting at $1,525
For courthouse weddings, micro weddings, elopements, second weddings, and intimate celebrations of up to 65 guests. Even intimate weddings deserve an elevated experience.

For clients who have completed all planning and vendor booking on their own and need professional execution, coordination, and oversight on the day. Focused on implementation, timing, vendor management, and flow.

Mobile bar packages
Every package includes a professional bar tool kit, mobile bar cart (on request, please tell us in advance), bar decor, cups and shot cups, straws and napkins, standard garnishes, essential mixers, cocktail consultation, alcohol quantity guidance, and bar setup and breakdown. Alcohol is not included; clients provide all alcohol. All bartenders are TABC-licensed.

Travel policy
Travel is included within 20 miles. A travel fee applies after 20 miles, based on distance, and is confirmed before booking.

How many guests do the wedding packages cover?
The Signature Intimate Wedding Experience is for up to 65 guests. The Production and Celebration experiences include 2 production assistants for up to 150 guests, and the Signature Wedding Production Experience includes 2 trained assistants for up to 200 guests.
When does planning begin?
The Intimate experience supports weddings with a 90-day or shorter planning window. Production planning begins 3 months before the wedding, Celebration planning begins 6 months before, and Signature Wedding Production begins as soon as you sign.
Which package is right for me?
Intimate suits courthouse and micro weddings. Production is for couples who have finished planning. Celebration is for couples who have started planning and need help finishing and managing it. Signature is full-service planning and production.
Which event package fits me?
The Daymaker Experience is for fully planned events that need day-of coordination. The Blueprint Experience is for clients who have started planning and want guidance plus coordination. The Legacy Experience is full-service planning and execution.
What is not included in the Production experience?

Do you travel outside of Texas?
Yes. The Production, Celebration, and Signature experiences include travel and lodging coordination for destination weddings, plus event insurance guidance.
Mobile bartending
Is alcohol included?
No. Clients provide all alcohol, and we give alcohol quantity guidance as part of every package.
Are your bartenders licensed?
Yes, all bartenders are TABC-licensed.
What if I have more guests than the package allows?
You can add up to 25 guests for $50, once per booking, which raises the limit to 75, 100, or 175 guests depending on your package.
Can I add hours, bartenders, or drinks?
Yes. Additional hours are $100 per hour, an additional bartender is $50 per hour, additional signature cocktails are $50 each, and 4 more bags of ice are $10.
Do you bring a bar cart?
A mobile bar cart is available on request. Please tell us in advance if you need one.
